What to expect from this role:

  • Act as a strategic partner to our CEO, enhancing decision-making and information flow;
  • Liaise across functions, ensuring alignment with our ambitious goals;
  • Lead critical projects to successful, timely completion;
  • Identify and implement process improvements, streamlining our operations;
  • Develop and maintain pivotal relationships with industry advisors, investors, and partners;
  • Be proactive, anticipating needs and addressing challenges before they arise.

Job requirements

What you should bring:

  • A university degree in business, technology, or a related field;
  • 2-4 years of experience in a dynamic environment, ideally in VC, PE, or top-tier consulting;
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills; 
  • Ability to navigate complex scenarios;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a keen understanding of business dynamics;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach;
  • Strategic thinker, adept at making data-informed decisions;
  • Based in Vienna, fluent in English, and German as a plus.

We pay competitive salaries based on talents’ skills and experience; legally, we have to disclose the minimum salary, in this case € 55,000 gross per year for the above mentioned requirements. This salary is based on Austrian standards; salary may differ according to talent's location.
