As a BDR, you’ll contribute to Tset’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. Since you’ll be the first person in this role, there’s significant potential for you to quickly grow into a more senior position as our team expands.

What to expect from this role:

  • Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and set up meetings for our sales team.

  • Dive deep into market research to spot trends, target potential markets, identify key decision-makers, and monitor competitor activities.

  • Evaluate inbound leads to determine their fit with our offerings and prioritize the most promising opportunities.

  • Work closely with the sales team to create impactful value proposals and messaging, and develop strategies to break into larger enterprise accounts.

  • Keep detailed records of all your activities and interactions in Hubspot.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, nurturing them until they’re ready to move forward with the sales team.

  • Collaborate with our marketing and product teams by sharing insights from your conversations with prospects, helping to improve our offerings and strategies.

What you should bring:

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally in a b2b startup.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with CRMs and other sales relevant tools.

  • Passion for technology and a strong interest in keeping up with industry trends.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

  • Based in Vienna, fluent in German (C2 level or native speaker) and English.

We pay competitive salaries based on talents’ skills and experience; legally, we have to disclose the minimum salary, in this case € 45,000 gross per year for the above mentioned requirements. The actual salary may differ according to talent's expertise.
