What to expect from this role:

  • Create and implement security solutions: design, develop, and implement robust IT security architectures and solutions aligned with industry standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and TISAX to safeguard our systems and data.

  • Evaluate and enhance security measures: Continuously assess existing security measures, conduct risk assessments, and recommend enhancements to fortify our security posture against evolving threats and compliance requirements.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate security controls and best practices into existing and new systems throughout their lifecycle.

  • Lead compliance initiatives by taking the lead in ensuring adherence to ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and TISAX standards, spearheading audit preparations, providing necessary documentation, and guiding the organization through successful audits.

  • Design policies and procedures: create and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and TISAX criteria.

  • Provide expertise by offering guidance and advice on security-related matters to internal stakeholders and senior leadership, fostering a culture of security awareness and compliance.

Job requirements

What you should bring:

  • Experience in creating strong security architecture, preferably within environments that follow ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, or TISAX standards.

  • Good understanding of ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and TISAX standards, and its application.

  • Ability to assess risks, find vulnerabilities, and suggest and implement suitable security measures.

  • Experience in auditing processes and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

  • Based in Vienna, fluent in English, German is a plus.

We pay competitive salaries based on talents’ skills and experience; legally, we have to disclose the minimum salary, in this case € 60,000 gross per year for the above mentioned requirements. This salary is based on Austrian standards; salary may differ according to talent's location.
