IT Support Engineer

Once you join us you will:

• Take over responsibility for client provisioning and management, incl. procurement of office IT equipment.
• Manage users and coordinate user access.
• Set up and maintain support and help desk processes focusing on solving IT issues.
• Manage and maintain the office infrastructure.
• Ensure execution of IT governance.

What we expect from you:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in  English and German is necessary.
• Experience with managing various clients: Windows OS, Mac OS; Linux of advantage.
• To be able to work from our office in Vienna to manage on-site infrastructure; occasional home office is possible.
