Tset offers a leading solution for product cost and CO2 analysis, enabling the manufacturing industry to maximize efficiency in product development, production, and procurement. Our customers come mainly from the automotive, medical, electrical, and aerospace industries. With a strong European presence and well-known clients like Brose, ZF, BMW Group, and Stabilus, we are expanding into North American and Asian markets.

What to expect from this role:
Identify and prioritise potential partnership opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, including individual ambassadors, technology companies, industry associations, and third-party service providers.
Negotiate partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits and alignment with tset’s objectives.
Work cross-functionally within tset to leverage partnerships effectively and drive business outcomes.
Implement strategies to foster engagement and collaboration among partners (e.g., by organizing webinars, workshops, and networking events).
Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, including revenue impact and customer acquisition.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market to identify new partnership opportunities.
Job requirements
What you should bring:
University degree in business administration, management, or similar.
3-5 years of experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships in the b2b SaaS environment.
Experience in and a good understanding of consulting in the areas of product profitability and manufacturing.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
Based in Vienna, fluent in German and English.
Willingness to travel 20-25%.

We pay competitive salaries based on talents’ skills and experience; legally, we have to disclose the minimum salary, in this case € 60,000 gross per year for the above-mentioned requirements. This salary is based on Austrian standards; salary may differ according to talent's location.
