As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving Tset's growth by optimizing marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and generating high-quality leads. We are looking for someone available for 20 hours per week, ideally spread over 5 days. The position can be either freelance or through an employment contract.
What to expect from this role:
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital channels, with a focus on acquiring and nurturing high-quality B2B leads.
Manage and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs, including CPC, CPL, and ROI, ensuring budget efficiency and effective targeting.
Utilize (LinkedIn) Campaign Manager to create, launch, and refine lead generation, retargeting, and brand awareness campaigns.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous campaign improvement.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, improving lead qualification, nurturing, and handoff processes.
Generate reports and dashboards within HubSpot and Google Analytics to track key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for further optimization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, automation, and the B2B SaaS landscape.
What you should bring:
2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven track record of managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
Understanding / Knowledge of HubSpot for CRM, sales, and marketing operations.
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, including funnel optimization, conversion tracking, and audience targeting.
Experience with A/B testing, campaign analysis, and performance metrics reporting.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven marketing decisions.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

We pay competitive salaries based on talents’ skills and experience; legally, we have to disclose the minimum salary, in this case € 45.000 gross per year for a full-time role (equals to annual gross of € 23.376,62 for 20 hours) for the requirements mentioned above. This salary is based on Austrian standards; salary may differ according to talent's skills and expertise.
