What to expect from this role:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges, and advise them on potential solutions.

  • Prepare and conduct product demos and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each potential client. This includes: software configuration, creation of sample data, data wrangling, as well as conducting exemplary product cost and product carbon footprint calculations of manufacturing parts.

  • Articulate the features, functionalities, and benefits of Tset SaaS solutions effectively.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customised solutions and proposals for potential clients.

  • Respond to technical inquiries and address any concerns raised by potential clients.

  • Contribute to the preparation of RFPs, RFIs, and other sales documentation.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market insights.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the potential clients and internal stakeholders.


Job requirements

What you should bring:

  • University degree in industrial engineering, business information systems, business administration, or similar.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, ideally within the following sectors: SaaS, enterprise software, automotive / manufacturing industry. Alternatively, you have been in the role of a power user of our software or a similar solution.

  • Know-how about manufacturing processes. Prior experience in cost or carbon calculation is a good plus.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

  • Based in Vienna, fluent in German and English.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

We pay competitive salaries based on talents’ skills and experience; legally, we have to disclose the minimum salary, according to the IT Collective Bargaining Agreement, in this case € 45,000 gross per year for the above mentioned requirements.
