What to expect from this role:

  • Become a part of the Customer Success team which is responsible for the roll-out of our B2B enterprise software to clients in the automotive / manufacturing industry, primarily in the German-speaking area.

  • Become an expert user of the Tset software - understand features and functionalities - as well as get to know and understand the user-point of view.

  • Identify customer’s business needs and use cases, based on that design and implement solutions in Tset.

  • Based on our software's APIs to solve simple to intermediate configuration and customisation tasks, e.g., data imports and report creation.

  • Lead and facilitate customer workshops and discussions to ensure the best solution design and manage customer expectations.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, serve as their point of contact to address any concerns and manage escalations.

  • Define project scope and objectives, predict and manage project resources, develop and manage a detailed project schedule; assume project ownership and controlling responsibilities.

  • Collaborate closely with customer support and product management to ensure tickets are tracked and resolved.

  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance their customer experience.

Job requirements

You are the right fit if you have:

  • Experience in project management and/or customer success or customer service operations.

  • Ideally, experience in at least one of these areas: SaaS, enterprise software, automotive/manufacturing industry, product costing and product sustainability.

  • Proven ability to solve analytical problems efficiently and effectively, including entry-level skills of a programming language and readiness to use (e.g., Python or similar)

  • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills in English, good client communication skills in German; ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and listen to customers to understand their issues. If German is not on a professional level (min C1), strong expertise in manufacturing industry and/or product costing are required.

  • Attention to detail and proactivity to identify and report issues that need immediate attention.

  • Ability to work independently and assume full ownership of tasks.

  • Experience or willingness to work with the following tools: Asana, Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Slack, G-Suite, MS Office.

  • Willingness to travel within Europe.
