Senior Product Designer

Once you will join us you will:

• Become the leading designer for feature product development and enhancements, incl. research, prototyping and UI/UX design.

• Focus on designing functional micro-interactions and optimisation of user experience.

• Guide stakeholders around the design process and our in-house design system.

• Deep-dive to understand the market, and competition of our product.

• Stay user-centric and drive collaboration with our clients, business partners, POs and developers to understand the requirements and expectations for our product.

• Anticipate and monitor potential product flaws, find and propose solutions.

• Eventually, build up a design team.

You will excel in this role if:

• At least 4 years of professional experience working for SaaS applications (ideally in B2B).

• Confidence to create a bigger picture and the drive to guide and make that vision a reality.

• No fear of taking design ownership, making decisions and speaking up to deliver what users need.

• Experience leading the design efforts and working in an agile environment with developers, POs and further stakeholders.

• Solid knowledge of visual design principles and proven ability to deliver well-crafted and scalable design solutions.

• Passion for solving complex problems and delivering the best design.

• Curiosity and motivation to explore ideas that go beyond the common patterns and solutions used in the industry.

• Ability to clearly communicate in English; knowledge of German is a big plus.

• Big plus: Experience leading a design team.
